We are a leading supplier and installer of domestic kitchen appliances to the house building and construction industry.

The position will involve providing an efficient and professional customer care/after-sales service to our customers (national house builders) and their prospective house purchasers to ensure they are happy with the kitchen appliances in their new home and to provide support to the installations team

**Pay**

£22,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year & **33 days paid holiday**

**Key Working Relationships**

Our customers customer care team at all levels, our installers, the appliances manufactures service agents and account managers, home owners/occupiers, installation supervisors.

**Main Duties**
- Validating complaints and resolving problems quickly and efficiently seeking direction where required.
- Processing returns
- Ordering spare or replacement parts
- Co-ordinating visits to occupied properties to complete remedial works.
- Booking engineer visits through the manufacture where this is an issue with an appliance covered under warranty.
- Checking and ensuring work has been carried out to the purchasers satisfaction.
- Updating and maintain the call log
- Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties
- Providing secretarial/administration support to the team as required
- Undertaking any additional task as may be reasonably required from time to time

**Person Specification**

**Experience**
- Customer service experience (preferably within a housing building, contractor or construction company)

**Knowledge & Skill**
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good time management
- Good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good negotiation skills
- A basic knowledge of the construction trade/industry
