**Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Support Workers in Sheffield - S13.**
**We offer **industry-leading rates of pay - starting at **£10.00** per hour**, as well as both full time and part time roles, with10. day and night shift patterns available.**
As a Support Worker you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns or dementia with their daily routines to live the **best lives possible**.

Beighton Road supports 18 adults with varying degrees of Learning disabilities ,autism and dementia, support is given with personal care, social care, health care support, medical appointments. The people we support enjoy a wide range of indoor and out door activities. Our aim is to promote and maintain independence, supporting people to achieve dreams and aspirations
**About You**:
Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need to succeed
You’ll be able to come to work every day and use the very best of your personality and skills, as you support people who share your interests to do the things they love the most.
The people we support are diverse and the service is very person centred with tenant at the heart of everything that we do supporting choice and promoting independence is paramount.
