Our training will give you the skills you need to complete your role as a Senior Care Assistant as well as arm you with life skills that you can use at home

**Training you can use at home and at work**

**Shift Pattern**

**Shift: 08:00 - 17:30 on a Four On Four Off rolling roster.**

**Two week rolling roster with every other weekend off**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to residents, including dressing, bathing, and toileting
- Administer medication and document appropriately
- Assist with the development and review of care plans
- Support and supervise a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in managing the daily operation of the care home, including managing staffing levels and ensuring that care standards are met
- Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure that the care needs of residents are met

**Key Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a care
