**Job Summary**

Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
Location: Bromborough, Wirral (Office based).

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Update customers when items out of stock or on pre-order.
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns.
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
- Upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work alongside other team members in eBay, Amazon etc to support our different sales channels.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years in an online customer service environment (ecommerce), specifically using ticket based systems to manage customer communication.
- Proficient in English
- Strong computer and internet literacy using websites, order management and ticketing style systems.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and display genuine empathy.
- Experience in data entry with attention to detail, working across a variety of online systems for orders, notes and customer tickets.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse situations effectively.
- Can work to set deadlines and/or KPI's as determined by Customer Service department.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this position.
- Experience with BigCommerce or Linnworks is highly desirable.
