**The Role**

As Planning Executive you will be responsible for the tactical planning of Carnival UK’s Shared Services Organisation (SSO).

Working to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of SSO, the role requires a process driven individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.

Working collaboratively across departments to achieve success, this role requires good relationship skills, professional organisational ability, competent and effective communication styles.
- Tactical planning, focus up to 12 months ahead.
- Responsible for managing SSO plan, current year and supports the capital process for the forthcoming financial year.
- Deliver planning support for teams within the function as required.
- Super User with Admin rights of CUK reporting tool Perform to oversee loading and monitoring of SSO projects.
- Work with stakeholders in SSO, CUK Perform Admin group and Perform to continuously improve the effective use of the tool.
- Support the implementation of best practice reporting across SSO.
- Create and manage monthly project reporting for SSO Leadership Team.
- Support the creation of SSO content and liaison with CUK internal comms team
- Be proponent of SSO in CUK - implementing actions to raise SSO voice
- Support the development and management of single source of information for SSO.
- Develop required documentation to support SSO process and governance
- Support process review and process mapping work across SSO
- Establish close working relationships with all key stakeholders to maximise opportunities and efficiencies, encouraging a collaborative working environment between the Planning team and other functions of the business.
- Lead by example by taking care of the health and safety of you and others

For at least two days a week, you’ll be based out of our fantastic offices in the heart of Southampton, less than two hours from central London. In our hybrid working environment, you can also expect to balance this with time spent working remotely every week.

**To be considered as a Planning Executive, you will need**:

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project
- Experienced in managing, engaging and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of improving processes and implementing best practice
- Data Analysis experience
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Project management, planning and execution of activity
- Commercial Acumen within a customer-centric approach
