Method Resourcing have partnered with a rapidly expanding retail finance platform to help scale their QA function and bring on board a champion of Quality. Having billed over £4 Billion since conception, they are currently a team of around 90 and expandingexponentially. They're the only ones to be developing a platform like this and the team are super enthusiastic about pushing the product up to the next level, while working in an extremely autonomous environment. They're on the way to becoming the world'sleading check out financing platform and will hire rawness and appetite to learn over years of experience.

We are looking for an influential Senior QA Engineer who will be able to join a new team and get stuck into improving test coverage, being the spokesperson who's overseeing quality within the team and pushing back when the product is not ready or hittingthe benchmark. You'll have the right mindset to coach around quality and be able to advise around technical aspects e.g. when more unit tests should be added. You'll be able to utilise Exploratory testing and understand when it may not be suitable to Automateand the limitations it can have.

**Experience**:

- Java (preferably) or JavaScript coding for Automation
- Experience with Selenium & Cucumber
- E2E Integration testing
- Strong background in exploratory testing
- Non-functional testing - Performance, Security etc.
- Ideally comes from a FinTech background
- Understanding of the CI/CD process
- Commercial experience in an Agile environment
- API testing with Postman (RestAssured is beneficial)
