Due to Isle of Man government legislation, the role holder will need to reside or be willing to relocate to the Isle of Man.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with Barclays Standards and Policies
- You will have responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all client instructions
- Contributing to the end-to-end process within agreed service levels and within SLA
- Taking responsibility for your work and supporting the team working ethos
- Escalating data integrity issues and any due diligence or sanction concerns as required
- Working collaboratively with Barclays teams and projects across Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and India
**What we’re looking for**:

- Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage colleagues at differing levels within the organisation
- Experience of identifying and supporting with process improvements
- Knowledge of the control and operations environment
- Ability to identify, monitor and control risk within the team
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Know-Your-Customer (KYC) knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You will be based in one of our two offices situated in the heart of Douglas, Isle of Man, where you are within 5 minutes’ walk of the shops and harbour.
