**The Best Connection is recruiting for CNC Setters (Milling) in Canley, Coventry on day shifts**:

A well-established privately-owned manufacturing company specializing in subcontract CNC machining, supporting car racing industries and general manufacturing. Recent significant investment in state-of-the-art CNC machinery has led to an increase in orders, prompting the need for a CNC Setter (Miller) to join their stable team.

**Role Overview**:
The CNC Setter (Miller) will be responsible for day shift operations (07:30 - 16:30, Monday-Thursday and Friday 07:30 - 11:30) with overtime available every day due to the high workload making this a perfect place for workers that want to earn more money. Responsibilities include operating/setting/milling the CNC machines for the fabrication of car racing parts in a secure and timely manner.
- ** £12.95 per hour** + overtime available (please see below)

**Overtime Payment**:

- £16.18 per hour (Monday - Thursday)
- £17.48 per hour (Friday & Saturday)
- £18.13 per hour (Sunday)
- Location: Coventry

**Requirements (Essential)**:
Previous experience operating on Fanuc
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Experience in CNC Milling/Turning

**Desirable Skills**:
Previous experience with a range of materials and heavy fabrications
Experience working to tight tolerances
Any part programming experience is highly advantageous
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- 24hr Oncall Support
- Ongoing Assignment
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
