Located near Oval station and Nine Elms, a stone's throw from Central London, Flow Dance London hosts brand new and impressive modern studio facilities for its own dance school and professional entertainment dancers, as well as offering space to hire.

Flow Dance is now ready to hire a Ballroom and Latin dance teacher/Assistant Managing Dance Instructor to help grow the business further and potentially expand to franchise. We are very keen to find a strong, motivated and driven personality willing to learn and acquire the best understanding of our business and ultimately grow the business and thrive from its benefits. The role will be teaching a variety of dance styles private and group dance lessons.
- Teach Ballroom & Latin, Salsa and other dance styles group classes and private lessons. Participation in competitions and performances alongside students when required.
- Attend and help with organising and running of all Flow Dance and other required dance
- Teaching Private Lessons and Group Classes
- Studio Responsibilities - open/close studio according to the schedule agreed, take care of studio appearance, report any repair/maintenance issues.
- Marketing and Promoting Dance Classes - social media.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Good level of Ballroom & Latin
- Proficient and passionate in marketing and all Social Media platforms.
- Fluent English speaking.
- Excellent personal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Good people skills, strong yet pleasant personality.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of the team.
- Highly organised and efficient.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

**TERMS**
- Full-time Monday 2pm-10pm. Tuesday and Thursday 1pm-10pm, Sunday 10am-6pm and every other Friday 5.30pm-10pm.

- Dance: 2 years (preferred)
