Early Careers Programmes Lead

**Introduction**:
The Boeing Company is currently hiring an **Early Careers Programmes Lead** based in the Heathrow, Bristol or Crawley area. This is a permanent opportunity.

**Position responsibilities**:

- To design and execute the Programme curriculum.
- Responsible for defining, designing and coordinating the full life cycle of the programme participant’s journey.
- Work with Leaders, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition partners to determine demand as part of the annual cycle.
- Use demand forecasts to plan resource and training requirements.
- Develop innovative content, techniques and methodologies for use in orientations to familiarize employees with The Boeing Company.
- Oversees the design, development and implementation of staffing process improvement recommendations.
- Develop innovative measurement techniques and tools to support improved performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and support attendance at Early Career events (e.g. school, college and campus events) aimed at attracting prospective early career talent and build Boeing UK employer brand.
- Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition in the hiring process.
- Proactively engage, educate and support each business area & HR in managing early in career programmes
- Provide central oversight, best practice and coordination of the programmes linking in with the relevant business & HR.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Subject-matter expertise in Early Careers policies and practices, specialized in graduate and intern programme aspects, with working knowledge of apprentice programmes.
- Understanding of full talent cycle (Demand planning, attraction, sourcing, assessment and selection, onboarding, development, progression, exit strategies).
- Experience in developing relationships at various levels within a business.
- Effective senior stakeholder management.
- Change management.
- Degree or relevant work experience.
- Working across multi-functional and cross collaboration teams.
- Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint.
