We are looking for people to support an individual who lives in his own house, we have a small established team in place, but are looking to add an additional part time member to the team.

This is a fabulous role and a great opportunity to work with an engaging young man who likes to be an active member of the community and likes to make the most of each day. D likes to visit museums, cafes, parks and go on canal boat trips as well as attend his college cooker course and is always on the look out for opportunities to try new things.

D requires support 24 hours a day on a sleeping night basis. There is a requirement of personal care support and medication administration as part of this role. Due to the active nature of this man, we require you to have a full driving licence. Use of a car is not essential as this man has his own vehicle.

For this position you will need to be a car driver as D likes to access the community and enjoy the fresh air, D does have a vehicle. - Complex Care: 1 year (required)
- Epilepsy: 1 year (required)
- Support Worker: 1 year (required)
