**Relationships**
- Proactively build and maintain a professional commercial relationship with your line manager, team members and the wider business.
- The customer. Build rapport, open and honest feedback, deliver excellent levels of service and communication with each and every customer.

**Customer**
- A passion for selling and customer interactions
- Ensuring customers have a positive experience within the assigned store.
- Ensure full adherence to all company policies and procedures including where relevant, centre procedures, with particular emphasis on health and safety of staff and customers.
- Maintain high security awareness by ensuring that all company security procedures are complied with.
- Understand the customer policies - sales, refunds etc - and can communicate them to the customer confidently.

**Sales/Financial**
- Cash handling and use of EPOS system.
- Understands commercial file - monitor sales and being proactive in achieving targets.
- Supports Store Manager by implementing any markdown and price alterations within agreed timescales.

**Stock Maintenance & Visual Standards**
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure the store is attractive to customers and provides a healthy and safe environment.
- Ensures stock is tidy, presentable, replenished and attractively merchandised.
- Processes deliveries in a timely manner.

**People**
- Proactively build relationships with customers and store team.
- Deliver exceptional service to all our customers both internal and external as an ambassador for Brand Machine and our Partners.
- Deliver agreed service levels to customers to maximise every sales opportunity.

**Communication**
- When requested by line manager; complete administration tasks required correctly and on time.
- Ensure all communication tools provided by the business are utilised to benefit the store.
- Ensure all communication with Head office and Warehouse is clear, concise and fit for purpose.
