School Cook

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking to recruit a School Chef in Bingham.

Successful applicants must have an enhanced DBS on the update service.

Duties of the role include:

- Preparing ingredients prior to cooking
- Preparing dishes from the menu
- Planning menus according to a fixed budget, following guidelines on nutrition and healthy eating
- Ordering food
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the work station, including washing up and disinfecting
- Monitoring and replenishing kitchen stock levels
- Complying with Kitchen Hygiene regulations, adhering to the health and safety policy

This position is a temporary role, working 25hrs a week, paying £11.18ph.
