**Primary Distribution Driver - Days & Nights**

Do you get bored with routine and enjoy mixing things up a little? We are looking for a permanent Primary Distribution Driver to provide holiday cover for our Bury St Edmunds Distribution Centre. In this role you will provide cover for days, night and local shunting (approximately 70% days and 30% nights). Any night work will come with a shift allowance.

Days and shunting is Monday to Friday & Nights Sunday to Thursday.
Working hours are 48 hours per week be with paid breaks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To carry out daily vehicle and trailer checks
- Ensure all vehicles and trailers and ancillary equipment is used and maintained to a safe and legally compliant level
- To collect and deliver loads throughout the UK
- Health & Safety
- Drivers hours compliance
- Deliver excellent customer service

**About you**
- Hold a Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
- Full Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Experience of driving articulated vehicles within the UK
- Counter balance/Forklift experience preferred (though training can be provided)
- Full understanding of Drivers hours rules and regulations
- Reliable
- Methodical
- Resilient
