My client a well-established manufacturing company based in Altham is looking for a number of production operatives to join their team on a temp-perm basis.

Long term this company offers full time contracts working 6am-6pm 4 days on 4 days off.

Day to day duties include:

- Packing stock on fast paced machines
- Working over 3-4 machines to gather goods
- Palletising goods
- Reading customer orders to ensure you are meeting the job specification correctly
- Working to targets
- Working 12 hour days on your feet
- Lifting goods onto pallets and machines

This is a great opportunity to gain long term, full time employment offering permanent contracts and competitive rates of pay.

After 12 weeks the salary on the day shift increases to £11.00 per hour.

This company is based on a bus route to Blackburn and Burnley town centre, alternatively there is also free on site parking available.

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
