**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Pre-Launch Coordination:

- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and oversee the website launch timeline
- Gather, organise, and deliver all required data (product information, images, pricing, etc.) to the software provider
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and the software provider to address queries and provide timely updates
- Assist in configuring website settings in alignment with company branding and marketing strategies
- Participate in user acceptance testing to identify and resolve any issues before launch

Post-Launch Administration:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, including updating product listings, prices, and promotional content
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and site analytics to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with IT and customer service teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Ensure the website complies with legal standards and regulations, including data protection and accessibility guidelines
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility and search rankings
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and recommend enhancements to improve customer engagement and sales

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce website coordination or administration
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems
- Experience working collaboratively with software providers or third-party vendors
- Experience with SAGE accounting software
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
