**Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Office-Based Sales Representative** to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing potential clients, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

As a central part of our sales team, you will **collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams** to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact to project implementation. You will also play a key role in identifying trends, customer pain points, and market opportunities to help refine our sales strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess and qualify inbound leads from various channels, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile.
- **Client Engagement**: Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- **Sales Process Management**: Maintain and update CRM records, track leads, and follow up systematically.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, EV infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A self-motivated attitude with a results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in lead generation and qualification is a plus.
