**Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Band 3 NHS Administrator to work within the Lincolnshire area on a 3 month temporary contract.**
**Hours**
37.5 hours per week
(Mon-Fri)
**Rates**
£10.28 PAYE paid weekly via an umbrella company.
**Main Duties**
- **Work as a member of the NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) Referral Facilitation Service (RFS) based within the Elective Activity Co-ordination Hub (EACH)**:

- **Work as a member of the CCG Elective Activity Co-ordination Hub Team**:

- **Work within a team to deliver an electronic patient triage and appointment booking service**:

- **To carry out checks on the referral database to ensure that all outcomes and information is completed.**:

- **Contribute to team meetings and work positively with the Team Lead to ensure that performance standards are met and improved where necessary**:

- **Handle confidential, complex and sensitive patient's clinical information on a daily basis.**:

- **Deliver high levels of customer service**:

- **Providing any other administrative support required**:

- **Accurately input data into databases and spreadsheets so that up to date and accurate information is available - ensuring appropriate codes are used as relevant.**:

- **To carry out administrative and clerical duties including photocopying, posting, typing correspondence, progress chasing and other administrative duties as required**

**Skills Required**:

- **NVQ3 or equivalent. GCSE Grade A-C in English and Math or equivalent**:

- **Experience of working in a customer service environment/ dealing with the public especially over the telephone.**:

- **Data input - both textual and numerical**:

- **Desirable to have experience of working within the same or similar environment (referral management centre, GP surgery, Hospital etc.)**:

- **Desirable to have experience of NHS processes and systems related to patient referrals (eRS for example)**
