A modern and beautifully designed private dental & facial aesthetics clinic One Dental located in the heart of Peterborough. The clinic provides bespoke private dental care and facial aesthetics. Patient care is at the centre of our focus providing **excellent concierge-like service** to all our current and prospective clients.

You will be working closely with the principal and other clinical staff members including specialists to ensure smooth running of the practice and develop a number of responsibilities and skills throughout.

Our staff satisfaction and their development is incredibly important for us and we want to ensure that all those who work for us are comfortable, happy and want a progressive career, which is why we will have PDP reviews every 3 months to ensure we are all collaborating in the best way possible to achieve both group and individual goals.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of duties that you can expect to undertake in your role as a front of house staff member:

- Setting up the non-clinical areas on opening
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Generating patient interest - leads & bookings
- Making & Taking telephone calls from new and existing patients
- Booking in patients and managing the clinician's diaries
- Carrying out various administrative duties on and off site if required
- Taking payments for treatments and discussing our treatments with patients
- Providing a world class level of customer service to all our patients at all times.
- Ensuring that the practice is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Assisting in producing social media content and promotional advertising for the practice
- Closing down the premises at the end of the day

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
