We are in the process of expanding our strategy team and are looking for someone to work directly with our Global Head of Strategy. We are looking for someone with exceptional talent who can bring energy, new ideas and media expertise to bear on some ofthe most exciting clients around.

While we don’t expect a single person to be an expert in every specialism, we are looking for someone who appreciates the importance of holistic plans, not just someone who sees themselves as 'brand’ or 'performance’, 'creative’ or 'analytical’, 'digital’or 'traditional’.

This role will be responsible for driving brand success by building and honing deep and trusting relationships with clients’ business groups and key client stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Being the strategic lead across a number of key accounts
- Work closely with clients to understand their business and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Support the roll out of the global Spark Communications Framework.
- Lead global media recommendations (such as Global Media Principles, Sufficiency Guidelines, Media Reviews, Roadmaps);
- Deploy global recommendations and provide guidance to local market media planning leads
- Support the development of thought leadership for prospecting and trade PR purposes
- Build consumer research and insight development to identify and interpret actionable strategies using data
- Works with Research and Decision Science teams to ensure knowledge sharing and advise of research required (ongoing or ad hoc)
- Dig into local nuances to form a global & regional view of audiences

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of the media or wider advertising landscape
- Experienced in working across multiple markets
- Knowledge of different audiences across multiple markets
- Understanding of the creative agency space, be able to think creatively, articulate a story and work collaboratively with cross agency teams to drive end to end thinking through to activation of campaigns
- Strategy experience with a track record of developing data-led communication solutions
- Someone who is prepared to 'lean in’ and drive transformation for a client that has embraced change, taking a hands on approach
- Able to present confidently and communicate complex media strategies clearly to non-media professionals
- Confidence to challenge the client and team and to ensure delivery on marketing metrics that drive business outcomes
