We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Head of Health and Wellbeing to join our clients welcoming and friendly team. You will lead the Health and Wellbeing Team and act as safeguarding lead for the organisation, maintaining policy and practice.You will also develop new work areas to support local residents' health and wellbeing. In addition, you will direct income generation concerning the charities' health and wellbeing work, securing funding from various sources to support new and existing projects.In your first few weeks in this health and wellbeing job, you can expect to:

- Prepare and submit timely and accurate monitoring reports to external funders and the Board as agreed with the CEO.
- Ensure the impact of the charities’ health and wellbeing work is well-evidenced and communicated using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Oversee project budgets, identifying potential risks and taking timely remedial action as required.
- Ensure BNSSG Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS and Public Health partners are informed about the work and impact of the local VCSE.

You will need previous experience in a similar position. You will also require the ability to oversee the delivery of a high-quality health and wellbeing early intervention programme and provide line management, regular supervision and annual appraisalsfor the health and wellbeing teams.

In addition, you should be able to contribute to strategy, policy, planning and risk management as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
