This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead and shape strategic projects within a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple projects related to commodities trading, risk management, and operations.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency, cost-saving, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, report on KPIs, and manage risks and issues proactively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in global banking.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in **commodities trading** (oil, gas, metals, agricultural products).
- Experience managing full project lifecycles, from inception to delivery.
- Ability to bridge technical and business teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working with global teams.
- Knowledge of financial and regulatory environments related to commodities markets.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
