We are looking for the correct individuals to join our team and we will assist in your training and support.

We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to support our growth. To fit in you will require;
- Experience of Roofing works or maintenance works in both Industrial and Commercial properties._
- Have a positive outlook and be flexible in your approach_
- Be highly efficient at planning and scheduling work_
- Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment_
- Have great customer service skills_
- Have a high degree of ability n all administration related duties_
- Have the ability to manage projects and associated labour and materials_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DARLINGTON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
