**Overview** Our highly respected client is a leading firm who is looking to appoint a Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified Fee Earner in their family team either in their Boston or Spalding office, in Lincolnshire. **The client** A "Top 200" law firm based in Lincolnshire and East Midlands, our client is known for their excellent reputation and high-quality work in Family Law, delivering first class, client focused and trusted advice to individuals and businesses. **The role** - Dealing with matters in divorce and separation - Financial matters/proceedings following divorce and separation - Private law Children Matters - Pre-marital and post-marital agreements - Cohabitation agreements, separation agreements - Support the central Marketing Department to promote and enhance the good reputation and business of the company, build relationships and client base **Key duties and responsibilities** - To provide exceptional and ongoing service to existing clients - To work with Partners and Fee Earners to develop new business - Develop and enhance the Family department - To produce fee income in line with targets and agreed objectives - To keep informed of all changes in the Law and Practice in own area of work - Qualified Chartered Legal Executives are encouraged to apply, but non-qualified fee earners are also urged to apply - Experience of handling a broad range of matrimonial matters is essential. **How to apply** If you are keen to discuss the role further and/or would like to apply, please call Vicky Cavendish directly on at Sacco Mann, Leeds.
