We have a number of great opportunities for Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses with a good understanding of forensic services. However experience in this area is not essential as all staff will be supported through local induction and provided with mentorship as an employee within the Medium Secure Division.

You will be part of our wider nursing and clinical teams focusing on our patients treatment and recovery. We do this by providing safe, effective, patient-centred care in line with national standards set by the Quality Network for Forensic Mental Health Services, essential standards from the CQC, and best practice guidance relevant to secure care from the National Institute of Health and Social Care Excellence (NICE).

Our overall purpose is to promote wellbeing, give hope and enable recovery. Our aim is to help patients recover so they can be treated in lower levels of security and eventually the community.
