**Marshall Advanced Composites - The future designed and delivered**
Here at Marshall Advanced Composites we deliver tailored composite solutions to meet our customers’ specific requirements, however bespoke, complex or challenging. From composite design, prototyping, manufacture and in-service support through to test and certification, we do it all, end-to-end, start to finish.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that the customer receives a high-quality product in line with process and product specification. The role will support the manufacturing process by preparing and painting products in accordance with health and safety regulations and process instructions.

The main aspects of the role are:

- To prepare products for paint ie degreasing, sanding, filling products; using wide range of tools to ensure a quality paint finish.
- To mask products in readiness for painting.
- To mix paint in line with instructions, conducting associated tests where necessary
- To prepare test samples
- To complete job cards and other documentation accurately and timely
- To follow appropriate instructions and diagrams.
- To communicate with other areas to share any issues and contribute to the smooth running of production.

Qualifications / Experience
- Good standard of education
- Experienced paint sprayer
- Experienced in preparing surfaces for paint.
- Experienced in working in manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Experienced working in a team.
