**Padel Master - Team Member (Doncaster)**
We are looking for someone genuine to join the team at Padel Master Doncaster. This is more than a job. It is a chance to be part of something new, busy, and full of good energy.

Padel Master is built around people, movement, and community. We want it to feel like a place you look forward to being in. When you join the team, you help create that atmosphere every day.

You will be involved in the day to day running of the venue. Some days are calm, some are hectic, and you will be helping wherever needed. That might be making a great coffee, preparing post workout drinks, keeping the café tidy, helping someone book a court, or even making the odd espresso martini.

We do not need the perfect CV... we want the right attitude. If you like people, stay active, and take pride in doing things properly, you will fit in. Playing Padel or another racket sport helps, but it is not essential.

**What you will be doing**
Every day is different, but you will help keep the venue running and the guests happy.
You may be:

- Greeting players and helping them get started
- Making coffees, smoothies, energy drinks
- Keeping the café and social areas tidy, stocked, and welcoming
- Helping with bookings, rackets, and simple guest questions
- Getting involved in events, socials, and tournaments
- Working with the team to keep the venue running smoothly
- Encouraging new players and keeping the friendly atmosphere alive
- Staying active and part of the energy that makes Padel Master special

This is a role where you are moving, talking, and part of the environment all day. Time goes fast.

**Hours available**
We are open from 6AM to 11PM. Early shifts start at 5:30AM to get the venue ready. You finish only when the venue is clean, tidy, and ready for the next day.

We offer both full time and part time roles. Full time contracted staff will also have the opportunity to complete an LTA coaching course after a set period with us. As we expand, there may also be chances to work or travel to other venues.
