**The Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Birmingham team as an ANPR Operative. This flexible, casual position offers shifts during evenings and weekends to align with our event schedule, including Birmingham City and Aston Villa football matches. As an ANPR Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our parking facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct vehicles to maintain safe and orderly traffic flow within the car park.
- Use the ANPR system to verify vehicles with pre-booked reservations.
- Assist customers with directions and address any parking-related inquiries.
- Enforce parking regulations and ensure a secure environment.
- Accurately document car park usage and monitor revenue.
