Page Personnel are recruiting for a Finance Analyst based in Salford on behalf of the UK's largest independent provider of highly specialised pathology services.

The purpose of this role is to provide commercial analysis & reporting whilst also providing support to major customers & stakeholders.

Our clients business includes one of the largest pathology laboratories in Europe, our clients purpose built facilities in Manchester and London feature the latest technologies allowing them to deliver world class services to both the public and privatesectors.

**Description**

Finance analyst duties include:

- Produce monthly billing reports for major customers through reviewing and analysing large quantities of data. This would involve checking abnormalities with IT and being the point of contact for any data queries from customers.
- Support month end commentary and preparation of reports to support the Board pack
- Responsible for conducting financial analysis, reconciliations and delivering insightful recommendations.
- Work with the existing teams to guide direction of internal reporting output.
- Working with the Finance Business Partner to develop reporting within the Organisation.
- Development of the commercial teams reporting and reducing output to provide more accessible and interactive reporting.
- Provide commercial analysis of trends and variances in the monthly billing data to the Finance and Operations teams.
- Drive improved commercial analytics on a consolidated basis, providing insight and driver based analysis
- Developing Monthly reports on Tableau to be shared throughout the organisation.
- Working closely with the Commercial Manager on costing of new tests within the organisation and keeping to the commercially agreed Turnaround.
- Working with HoD's on understanding the cost of the department
- Provide Head of FP&A and Senior Finance Analyst support in development of Automation within FP&A Department

**Profile**
- A proven track record in a commercial / financial environment
- An understanding of SQL and basic coding
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team

**Job Offer**
