**The website is the business’s most important assets, with more than 95% of all customers interacting with it at some point in the customer journey, so we need someone who is committed to delivering the very best user and brand experience online,as well as continuously looking for ways to increase conversion rate and drive leads into the Hillarys business.**

**If the idea of working in a results driven, commercially-focussed team where you are given the freedom to grow, learn from your mistakes and make a difference (without huge amounts of red tape) then this could be the team for you.**

**You will take ownership of the relationship we have with our external web and app development agencies, ensuring you get best value from them at all times. The agencies work in an agile way so knowledge of this is desirable but not essential.**

**You will own the work stream of the internal website team and will enjoy a close working relationship with our in-house IT, Comms, PPC, SEO, Social, Content, analysis and design teams to ensure all digital projects are delivered on time and to budget.**

**With excellent attention to detail and project planning skills, you will be able to juggle multiple tasks at once.We want someone dynamic and confident that will come up with new ideas, and deliver tangible benefits quickly. You will be able tocreate and interpret digital briefs, gather information from various business stakeholders, and keep those stakeholders informed throughout the project.**

**Excellent communication and relationship skills are also essential. The right person will be encouraged to interact with stakeholders at all levels, including the business directors.**

**This role is hybrid with a 60/40 split office to home.
