Due to the growth of our business and internal promotion, we currently have an exciting full time opportunity for a Health and Social Care Trainer to join our Learning & Development Team. This role is based at our Head Office in Whitstable, Kent with additional regional travel few times per month within the South-East of England (mainly Kent, Hampshire, Essex and Sussex).

**About the role**
Due to the continuous growth of our business, as well as investment in our team, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Social Care Trainer to join us on a permanent contract supporting our training team in a regional trainer role.
The role will be varied and interesting, you will be teaching and training learners on sector-specific short course programmes such as the Care Certificate, Management of Medication, Moving and Positioning, BLS, Dementia and learning Disability depending on your own individual competence and qualifications.
The purpose of this role is to help to develop a skilled, capable and confident teams that will enable them to deliver a quality service for all our clients. As a H&SC trainer you will be responsible for creating an individualised, unique learner journey, with the skills to be able to recognise and tailor the delivery to match their current experience and/or needs and requirements.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years’ relevant training delivery experience
- Experienced in developing training programmes and drafting lesson plans
- Have achieved a number of train the trainer certificates and qualifications in specialist training areas
- A high level of written and spoken English
- Great presentation skills

- Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office & Outlook and PowerPoint
- Outstanding presentation skills with an adaptable approach
- Excellent organisational skills and time management with the ability to prioritise own workload

- Able to engage our learners with outstanding presentation skills
- You must be confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to change
- You must be able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
