Our client is currently looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator / Receptionist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join this fantastic company offering excellent benefits and superb working environment. Duties will include;
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Co-ordinate meeting rooms and organise refreshments as required including lunches
- Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone calls and answer phone queries.
- Ensure the reception area is efficiently managed in line with the company’s expectations.
- Responsible for setting up video conferencing
- Liaise with relevant individuals, to arrange meetings when required.
- Maintain the meeting room diary, ensuring that the meeting rooms are well stocked and prepared
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, organise couriers etc..
- Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies
- Provide Admin support to finance team
- Inputting and updating purchase invoices onto system and coding correctly
- Assist with process of expenses and reconcile statements
- Other ad hoc duties as required

You will need to be professional, well presented with a friendly outgoing personality and enjoy Reception. We are ideally looking for someone with previous reception experience within a professional services company. Will consider flexible working hours. You must be smart and extremely well presented with an excellent telephone manner and a professional approach.
