Cashback Operations Administrator

Boogi is hiring a cashback operations administrator who is ready to be our first dedicated team member in our affiliate operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding our retail partners, managing retailer relationships and managing and integrating offers data into our core systems.
In the cashback operations administrator role, you will be directly connecting retailers with 100,000s of individuals via our client publishers who reward their user’s cashback from their everyday spending. In your role, it will be your responsibility to source these retailer relationships via the online affiliate networks and to integrate these offers into our offer catalogue through our administration portal. This role will give you a unique opportunity to help build the processes and strategies need.
To succeed in this role, the person we are looking for someone who is looking for a new challenge, where they can develop their skills and build a new department within Boogi. The individual needs to be wanting a dynamic role where the role day to day is very versatile as you can start your day onboarding a new retailer, spend mid-morning outreaching to new retail partners and in the afternoon curate and maintain our cashback catalogue ensuring maximum success for our clients. In the role you will also be expected to take part in all hands strategic meetings and will report directly to the executive team.

Pay: £18,001.00-£22,000.00 per year
