The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join us as a People Management Admin Assistant on a part-time, temporary basis for 6 months to 31 December 2025.

Working closely with the People Management Support Officer, you will provide proactive and flexible administrative support to our People Management team, responding to queries and referring them to colleagues as necessary. You will support the maintenance of our People Management records, databases and systems, update documents and filing systems and ensure all matters are handled confidentially and professionally.

This role offers the opportunity to engage in a wide range of work areas, from HR and payroll to volunteer management and health and safety. You will gain experience in various aspects of people management, contributing to different projects and initiatives that support our workforce and volunteers. This diversity ensures a fulfilling work environment where no two days are the same.

About You
You should be a strong team player with the ability to establish strong working relationships quickly and communicate effectively. It is essential that you collaborate seamlessly with our People Management Support Officer to ensure smooth service delivery and effective communication within the team. This collaborative approach will help maintain consistency and efficiency in our processes while providing mutual support.

You should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and have proven administration and IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft packages. You should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be capable of meeting deadlines. Experience of handling sensitive information with confidentiality is essential.
