One of Kent's leading law firms is looking to expand its private client team and is seeking to a find a Private Client Solicitor with solid experience to join its busy practice in Herne Bay.
This firm consists of a professional and friendly team that has a rich heritage, having been established for over 100 years and well known for their long lasting client relationships.
You will be tasked with dealing with Wills, LPAs and Inheritance Tax/future care planning, Assisting with Estates involving both domestic and overseas property and tax issues, assisting with Court of Protection work and general assistance with Trust administration.
Ideally you will have experience in handling your own caseload of estate management matters and be able to play a part within business development and marketing.
