This role represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented business development professional to join a leading international law firm in a Global Head of BD role focused primarily on supporting the BD efforts of the firm's Advanced Delivery& Solutions businesses, which comprise a range of alternative resourcing, technology, consultancy and project management specialists who represent a strategic priority for the firm globally.

This is a senior management position reporting into the CMO and the Managing Partner for Advanced Delivery & Solutions. The successful applicant will play a key role in the CMO’s leadership team, ensuring the function is delivering best-in-class marketingactivities and is operating optimally, at all times. Keeping current on all commercial and legal issues affecting the department, the Global Head of BD will proactively develop and deliver a marketing strategy that improves business performance through enhancedexternal and internal profile, improved engagement with the firm’s prioritised clients and more sophisticated approaches to targeting and winning new business and will ultimately be responsible for delivering a market-leading set of marketing, business developmentand communications activities throughout the year that add significant benefit to the business in the most cost effective manner and within budget. You will manage the Advanced Delivery & Solutions marketing and business development team to ensure that itis always fit for purpose and driving continuous improvement in the department’s approach to the entire marketing mix. In addition, the role holder will act as internal consultant to Advanced Delivery & Solutions leaders individual business development plans,providing coaching or access to training where required.
