**The role**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Depot Customer Service Representative to join our team based in our Dundee Depot. Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will split your time between depot admin and area sales activity

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Provide critical support to the Depot Manager by operating part of your week within the depot assisting with duties required to deliver excellent customer service in dealing with internal and external stake holders.
- Create and maintain a register of all live sites/customers and chart our progress in business secured as well as build positive relations with all potential clients.
- General hire desk duties, To include on/off hire administration and proactive customer service calls.
- You will target sites and customers to promote all Jarvie Plant Group products in a specific geographic area.
- You will be expected to help increase sales growth in your local area and conduct sales telephone calls.
- You may be required to work at other locations for holiday cover.
