**Position Overview**

We are seeking a proactive Head of IT to join and shape the IT functions within our growing organisation. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and contribute to the success of one of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the IT Operations for My First.
- Develop and Implement IT Policies & Procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide IT solutions.
- Manage relationships with external companies and service providers.
- Plan, manage and execute IT projects.
- Provide guidance and training to employees when needed.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Must have experience within Open GI.
- SQL experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in managing operating systems (Microsoft).
- A development background would be preferred.

Pay: £50,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
