Staff Finders are recruiting now for Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic, established market leading electrical retail client in Howden. Whether you’re just starting off your career, or looking for that next step up the ladder, they would like to hear from you.

This role is a full time, permanent contracted position with our client working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Salary to start at £19,800 per year with a £300 bonus paid quarterly (dependent on KPIs and targets being met)

**The role of the Customer Support Advisors is to**:

- Liaise with internal departments, couriers and suppliers is crucial in order to solve customer queries, requiring a high level of communication.
- The main objective of those in the position is to achieve a response time of 24 - 48 hours to all correspondence and complaints, in order to maintain effective customer support and a satisfied consumer market.
- Adhere to personal and group objectives including meeting Stats that have been set by the Customer Support Team Leader.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Answer customer calls within the SLA.
- Respond to all customer correspondence within the SLA.
- Take steps to resolve customer queries and complaints by contacting internal departments as well as couriers and suppliers.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
- Maintain a consistent and professional attitude.
- Take on additional duties when required by your Manager if possible.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace.
- Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge in order to effectively perform the role.
