This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new team in Housing, supporting and shaping our teams so that we are best in class and can exceed the Consumer Standards, meet the housing regulatory framework and deliver on high quality services.
You will be someone who can lead on data collection and evidence for the service and demonstrate experience of developing systems and processes so that collection and analyse of customer data, feedback, profiles, and evidence can be used to inform service improvements.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused, can co-ordinate information and use it for data driven improvements. You will link in with Housing Strategy work, with customers and our partners, and in close collaboration across various Council services.
We are looking for someone who can implement best practise, develop service standards and ensure compliance, and have the ability to review and analyse performance indicators and customer feedback to shape housing services.
We are looking for someone who can focus on performance and improvement who understands our customer's and services, can promote changes, demonstrating value for money and social value.
You will be an excellent communicator able to produce policy and strategy documents and reports for a wide audience. You will be solution focused and able to deliver projects.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo security checks as part of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard for accessing Government records. This will include a Basic DBS check.

**Salary**: £28,226.00-£30,095.00 per year
