We are currently recruiting for experienced and confident **Order to Cash Associate** (Accounts Receivable Associate) to join our Finance Hub in Basingstoke on a permanent basis.
**About the Role...**
- Monitor customer account to ensure payments are received on a before the due date, chasing all outstanding invoices
- Monitor and maintain invoice processing to correct timelines
- Meet month-end deadlines
- Be responsible for reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure payments are made on time
- Communicate with internal and external contacts regarding credit, collections, and billing matters and performs related research
- Minimise bad debt and provisions for bad debt
**About You...**
- We require a fair experience within an accounts receivable/billing or credit and collections role
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to deal with difficult customers
- You will be a hard-working and proactive individual who is confident with all aspects of credit control/sales ledger
- You will be a team-player and comfortable confidently communicating with international and UK suppliers
- We requires strong analytical and decision making skills
- You will have strong interpersonal skills
