Kennel Assistant

We are looking to appoint a kennel assistant for our busy boarding and stray dog kennels.
You will need to be reliable, flexible and physically active as it is a demanding job requiring lots of energy The days are long and you will be working outdoors in all weathers.
Your duties will include cleaning and maintaining the kennels to uphold our high standards of hygiene, preparing food and feeding, exercising, administering medication, brushing and bathing dogs. Full training will be given to enable you to follow our routines and policies.
Essentials: physically fit, active, confident around all breeds/sizes of dog, able to follow instructions, good team player

Desirable: previous kennel experience, qualification in animal care, driving license

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
