A unique opportunity has arisen with our reputable client for a Litigation/Contentious Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm who have a great reputation in the local area. You will work within the Dispute ResolutionDepartment and you will have full admin support to assist with your varied caseload.

Areas of Civil/Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution you will be dealing with include:

- Landlord and Tenant issues
- Debt and Contract disputes
- Enfranchisement
- Contentious Probate
- Legal Aid - Court Duty Scheme and Housing Contract Work
- Property Disputes, including Neighbour Disputes, Mortgage issues, and Service Charges
- Employment Settlement Agreements only
- A good honours degree followed by LPC, training contract and PSC / or a good honours degree with CILEX to Fellow level, LPC and PSC and admitted by SRA as a solicitor
- 1+ years PQE within the preferred area of law
- Possess a strong legal background within Litigation law
- Experience of managing a busy, mixed caseload
- Experience of case preparation
- A following of own clients is desirable but not essential
- Legal research and legal drafting experience
- Business development and networking skills
- Demonstrates and develops a high-quality level of technical expertise.
