As a Content Creation Apprentice, you’ll be the agency wizard when it comes to making everything look beautiful. With solid video and photo editing skills, you'll revel in seeing campaigns exceed expectations or knowing just what tweaks to make if they don't.

Your brilliant attention to detail and proactive 'can do' attitude will shine as you take responsibility for creating grids, reels, and stories for both clients and agency channels. Additionally, you'll provide invaluable visual design support to the CEO, senior team, and marketing manager.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job: **
- Supporting the social media team in creating content for both the agency and client’s social media channels
- Being part of and leading creative brainstorms
- Curating client assets to briefs to support content strategies and objectives
- Drafting and creating Instagram stories or content in Canva or other design tools
- Storyboarding, shooting, and editing Reels or videos for both the agency and clients
- Creating eye-catching and engaging graphics and text-based assets in line with social media requirements
- Making agency presentations look beautiful using pre-existing brand guidelines
- Maintaining a fresh look and feel to our agency brand in real life at our office, events, and digitally across socials and our website
- Creating videos for the agency for pitches such as at events, case studies, of the team, etc.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Very good communications skills
- Video/photo editing and shoot skills - Confidence using video editing tools such as Premier Pro
- Confidence using design tools such as Photoshop, Canva or InDesign
- A good understanding of how to use WordPress
- Working remotely with clients and co-workers - confident communicating in person or online
- Brilliant time management and organisation
- Manage and flag any issues that need senior support
- Pay excellent attention to detail and are deadline-driven, curious and analytical in nature
- GCSE grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English
