Great Place to Work® Most Loved Workplace® Forbes Best-in-State Employer Agricultural & Rural Network Adjuster - The Role: - We now have an excellent opportunity for a talented Agriculture & Rural Network Adjuster to join our highly successful Northern Ireland team. At Sedgwick, our Agriculture and Rural Network combines our loss adjusting expertise in the farming and food industry with the depth of experience to deal with the range of claims coming from our rural infrastructure. As either an experienced or trainee Agriculture and Rural Network Adjuster, we'll provide you with the tools and training required to investigate and agree losses on behalf of specialist rural insurance companies. You will meet their customers and assess their property and financial losses. These claims could range from damage to domestic homes to specialist agriculture and potentially anything in between. You'll work as part of a specialist team of Loss Adjusters and Claim Professionals. You will be supported by a dedicated, local team of experienced staff, all focused on delivering an unrivalled customer experience. You will be responsible for effectively managing a caseload and meeting all client expectations as well as maintaining and developing support from specialist rural Insurance Brokers and Agents. You'll be given full autonomy to use your initiative, empathy and understanding to customers - literally putting yourself in their shoes, but also using your business acumen to provide the right outcome.
