Middlesbrough, United Kingdom Thirteen Full time

**Role Category - the way you'll work**:
This role is categorised as a **roam** role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations.

**The Role**:
We're looking for a Work Planner to join us on a fixed term basis for twelve months. The Work Planner role is dynamic and no two days are the same. Because of that we’re seeking a motivated individual to join our work planning team. The main purpose of this role is to provide a work planning and scheduling service across our Repairs and Maintenance division, to include Repairs, Voids, Compliance and Commercial, ensuring delivery of service excellence to our customers across all business streams and geographical locations.

**The Person**:
You'll schedule works in such a way as to make best use of resources (human, financial and material) to maximise productivity and performance across any of the business streams within the directorate. We're looking for someone who is able to demonstrate flexibility in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to the role.

You'll ensure that all enquiries are dealt with during, or immediately following, the first contact with the customer and within agreed performance standards, the Data Protection Act and the Group’s confidentiality policy.

Working collaboratively with trade operatives, service managers and supervisors on a daily basis, along with any other teams within the Group such as the Contact team, Housing and Voids, you'll ensure the smooth running of the service.

This post also involves a range of administrative and system maintenance duties to ensure that information is up to date, monitored and reported as required, including, but not limited to, housekeeping tasks, raising official purchase orders and other general administrative duties.

We’re looking for someone with a good standard of education, who is able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills in a front-line role and knowledge of work planning/scheduling processes and requirements. You must also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to build relationships with managers and employees at all levels, along with other stakeholders external to the business including customers.

**The future is exciting, and we only want the best to be part of it.**

**At Thirteen we're about homes and so much more....**:
At Thirteen, we’re more than just a landlord. We believe everyone is an individual. That’s why we don’t just provide properties; we offer a home to suit each person’s needs.

And we’re not just about somewhere to live; our range of extra services means we can give people a helping hand specifically tailored to them if they need it.

Our strength, capacity and ambition to deliver what our customers need means we can change things for the better.

**So come and be part of making a difference. Great days for everyone are made at Thirteen.**

**Are you up for the challenge of bringing our vision to life and having great days at work?**:
