As a Junior Concierge, you will be warm and welcoming, always ready to greet our guests with a smile, while having a great knowledge of the hotel and our own 'slice of the city'. You will need to be organised, detail-oriented, a creative problem-solver and work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
