**LEGAL PA**
**Role Overview**
To provide proactive and professional PA/administrative support within our Litigation, Regulatory and Tax team. It is important that secretarial services are delivered to the business in a manner which is consistent with the increasingly competitive environment in which the firm operates. This role is intended to embrace a team-working approach, collaborating with lawyers and other members of support staff to fulfil the needs of the business. In addition to being assigned to a number of specific lawyers, it is expected that a PA will work with every member of the team to ensure that the overall needs of the practice group are met.
We're looking for a highly motivated individual who has an ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have strong administration, organisation and diary management experience in a legal or professional services environment and have great client service delivery.

**Desirable skills needed in particular role**:_iManage (Document Management System); Aderant (Finance System); InterAction (Client Relationship Management System); BigHand Hub/Now (Workflow Management System); CostTool (Financial Reporting System). _
**Behaviours**

**Experience**
- diary management including multiple mailbox management; national and international travel; business development and event planning; monthly billing processing and management; file opening processing and drafting of letters of engagement; assisting with preparing bundles attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions agreed. _
- A strong Litigation background is preferred but not essential._
