We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager / Deputy Manager / Care Manager of social care services to take up a post as a Service Delivery Leader for a Supported Living provider insoc Gateshead / Newcastle.

As the Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of supported living services for adults with leaning disabilities, across two sites. These are well established services with a homely feel, and very settled clients and staff team.

You’ll be working for a charity who are passionate about improving the lives of people with disabilities. **The Service Manager role**
- Lead and manage a team of team leaders and support workers, inspiring and motivating people to deliver the very highest levels of care and support
- Rota management
- Care Planning, Risk assessing
- Staff supervision and appraisals
- Managing budgets
- Monitoring the quality of care and support, ensuring it is delivered in line with CQC regulations

**What we’re looking for;**
- Somebody who is passionate about working with those with learning disabilities, supporting them to live the life they choose.
- A strong leader of staff who can engage, motivate and bring together staff teams.
- Someone who has worked previously in a similar role such as a Service Manager, Deputy Manager, Cluster Manager, Project Manager or Registered Manager in supported living or a care home
- Has a driving licence and own vehicle.
