Temporary Administration/Customer Service work available ongoing We are looking for experienced Administrators who can resolve queries to reach a resolution? Have you got a pro-active approach with a flair for problem solving and investigation? If thissounds like you, we need you for this role;
Working on site at our client's depot in Gatwick you will be working in a small team at the heart of the day to day operations enabling you to resolve customer queries in a timely manner, your duties will be:
- Prioritising workload, ensuring a timely response to all customer queries via the CRM system.
- Actively managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to end customers.
- Adhere to company compliance and escalate any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
- Conducting thorough investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
- Inputting and updating Data on Excel workbooks
Successful applicants will be:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Be adaptable to change and new systems
- Have experience of end to end case management in a Customer Service setting.
- Have access to the internet at home should Covid-19 guidance require home working at any time.
In return our client offers:
- Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8-6. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.
- An hourly rate of £9.50p/h
- Ongoing temporary work
- A safe working environment
